Summer Reading List

With all of the summer reading lists I keep seeing and as an ardent fan of list making, I felt I should post my summer reading list, with all but a couple (marked as read) new publications from June through the end of August.  I noted ones I've already read by *, and I put the dates of publications yet to happen in parentheses for those books.  I do so love lists, but I often stray from them, too.  So, these are the new publications I intend to read, but I have older books on my yearly reading list that might sneak into my summer reading, too.  Also, I haven't included some YA I want to read.  And, there is always a good chance that someone will recommend a book or I'll receive an advanced reader's copy of a book, which will further put this list in a tailspin.  But, that's the fun of reading, those surprises and unplanned adventures.  At the end of August, I will confess to the reading I actually achieved.
